Soundcore Liberty Air True Wireless Earphones: Features and Specifications as mentioned on Amazon
- Expertly Tuned Graphene Drivers: As graphene’s earliest pioneers, we have used our experience to create a new driver for Liberty Air Bluetooth earbuds that takes full advantage of the material’s remarkable properties. 100 times harder than steel and 35% lighter than traditional driver diaphragms, it oscillates with extreme precision to give your music a wider soundstage with exceptional accuracy and clarity across the entire frequency range.
- Crystal-Clear Calls: Each earbud is equipped with a microphone that utilizes noise reduction technology. Your voice is optimized and background noises are minimized so you sound louder and clearer on the other end.
- Up to 20 Hours of Playtime: A full 5 hours of listening on a single charge is extended to a huge 20 hours of playtime with the included charging case.
- Integrated Touch Controls: Use the earbuds to answer calls and play, pause, and skip music on-the-go.
- Secure Fit: Liberty Air’s lightweight in-ear design and multiple sizes of ear tips allow you to customize the fit of the earbuds. Crank up the comfort level and enjoy music and stereo calls with superior noise-isolation.
Soundcore Liberty Air True Wireless Earphones: A Complete Review
Anker is mostly familiar to users through its accessories for mobile devices. But recently, they decided to enter the headphone market, and one of their first fully wireless models – Anker SoundСore Liberty Air – came to our review.
Equipment
Headphones come in a white box with their image. It also indicates all the key features of this model, such as IPX5 moisture protection, a graphene diaphragm of the emitter and the claimed work time of 20 hours.
If we talk about the kit, then everything is as usual in it: a charging case, a charging cable, instructions and several silicone nozzles of different sizes.
Appearance and management
We came across a review in white, but there is also black. As for me, both colours are successful and do not give a hint of copying the design of other manufacturers of this type of headphones. Anker SoundСore Liberty Air is made according to the true wireless stereo scheme, that is, the headphones do not have a cable connection between the channels, everything is transmitted through the air using Bluetooth 5.0 wireless technology.
I liked the shape of the headphones, it is elongated and flat, and this look is unique and convenient for me. The inside of the Anker SoundCore Liberty Air is glossy and round, perhaps because of this circumference, there will be problems for people with a small auricle. But the headphones came up to me and sat like a glove.
At their ends are touchpads for playback control, they work surprisingly very well and there are no false positives when adjusting the headphone. Probably they are not there because of the algorithm for triggering clicks, because in order to switch the song you need to put your finger on the panel and hold it, play a pause – just hold your finger on the panel.
Glossy plastic can also be found on the case of the charging case, it is pleasant and not easily soiled, but the quality of fastening the top cover of the case is doubtful. It performs all its functions, closes and opens, but if you sway it, you feel a backlash, which can increase over time. In addition to the lid, there are 3 charge indicators for the built-in battery located on the case; they light up when the lid is opened. I really liked that the headphones are fixed in the case with magnets, that is, they will not fall out if you turn it over with the lid open. A micro USB port is used to charge the case, which will not be very convenient for those who already have USB Type-C in their smartphone.
Sound
If we consider Anker SoundСore Liberty Air, taking into account the price, then the sound is good and not just good but very good. Many more expensive models do not have such a balanced, but simple sound. This model sounds even, with good quality bass and recognizable mid frequencies. They decided not to twist the upper range at Anker, but leave it in the range of 20,000 Hz. Therefore, these headphones will be a good replacement for the standard headset from a smartphone, but with better sound quality.
Autonomy
Anker SoundCore Liberty Air is one of the strengths of the headphones. Continuously at maximum volume, they worked for me for 4.5 hours, and the case charged them for about 19 hours.
